This 10" Electric Trailer Brake Kit is designed for a variety of trailers, including utility trailers, travel trailers, horse trailers, and motorcycle trailers. The kit comes with a comprehensive set of components, including TruRyde bearings, seals, lug nuts, grease caps, cotter pins, spindle washers, spindle nuts, brake mounting washers and nuts, a pair of 10" x 2 1/4" 6-5.5" bolt circle TruRyde hub and drums with parts, and a pair of 10" x 2 1/4" TruRyde electric backing plates.
The TruRyde parts used in this kit are manufactured to automotive standards in an ISO/TS-16949 registered factory. All studs are 1/2"-20 with yellow finished zinc plating, and the hubs are chemically cleaned and painted black in an electrostatic booth. The backing plates are CSA compliant, and the SAE-rated friction material has been tested for both pull force and conductivity.
This kit is compatible with Al-Ko, Dexter, Lippert, and Quality Trailer Axles, and it is designed to work with 3,500 lbs. trailer axles. It will not work on 4,400 lbs. trailer axles.
The kit includes the following components: - Pair of TruRyde 10" x 2 1/4" 6-5.5" bolt circle hub and drums with parts - Pair of TruRyde 10" x 2 1/4" electric backing plates - TruRyde bearings, seals, lug nuts, grease caps, cotter pins, spindle washers, spindle nuts, and brake mounting washers and nuts
The kit is built for 84 spindles with a 4-hole brake flange (inner bearing L68149, outer bearing L44649) and is QAI certified and tested.
